Sure, Madurai can kill something very, very dead for 8 seconds every 40 seconds. But Unairu can strip enemies of armor or shields for easier Operator kills, and it's easier to recover if you die in either your warframe or operator. I suppose it's a matter of presence if you like Madurai or Unairu for the Operator.Terrify is arguably the best armor strip since you can full strip with only ~167% strength.
